3. Product Processing & Quality

All herbs are processed in-house with care and handled according to safe, clean standards. Because our offerings are agricultural products, natural variations in color, texture, and aroma may occur.

We strive for consistency, but plants grown by nature—not machines—may vary slightly from batch to batch.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
     
  • Shipping times may vary based on postal delays, seasonal volume, and supply availability.
     
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
     
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
     

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because herbs and teas are consumable products, we do not accept general returns.

However, your satisfaction and safety matter deeply to us.
We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product arrives moldy
     
  • The product shows visible signs of contamination
     
  • The product is clearly damaged before delivery
     
  • You received the wrong item

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Return and Refund Policy

At Carolina Herbal Garden, we take great care in processing, packaging, and preparing each herb we offer. Because our products are consumable and crafted in small batches, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure quality, safety, and transparency.

1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Due to the nature of dried herbs, teas, and botanical products, we do not accept general returns.
This includes:

  • Opened or unopened items
     
  • Products ordered by mistake
     
  • Items that were not enjoyed due to personal preference
     

However, if something is actually wrong with your product, we will make it right.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if your product arrives with any of the following:

✔ Mold or visible contamination

Herbs should be clean, dry, and safe. If you see mold or foreign material, take photos immediately.

✔ Incorrect item received

If we sent the wrong herb, size, or package, we’ll fix it right away.

✔ Damage during shipping

If a package arrives clearly damaged and the product is no longer usable, we will review and resolve the issue case-by-case.

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Your order number
     
  2. A description of the issue
     
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging
     

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 3 business days with next steps.

4. What Happens Next

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
     
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
     

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that have been used or consumed
     
  • Items returned without prior approval
     
  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
     
  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
     
  • Product dissatisfaction based on taste, texture, or natural variation
     
  • Postal delays outside our control
     

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to update your address or order details, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.
